About The Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The RN will oversee client care, complete nursing assessments, supervise aides, and help ensure high-quality care for VA and Medicaid clients in a home care setting.
Requirements
- Current RN License required
- Home care experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance required
- Must maintain CEU requirements as required by the Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments, reassessments, observations, and care planning documentation
- Reassess VA clients every 60 days and/or as needed
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs
- Coordinate with management regarding quality client care and operational procedures
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and caregivers
- Respond professionally and promptly to client complaints regarding caregivers
- Ensure patient rights are protected and upheld
- Promote and reinforce safety procedures in the home environment
- Maintain confidentiality and professional nursing standards
