Provide expert, direct nursing care for critically ill newborns. Continuously assess, monitor, and interpret complex physiological data. You will proactively adjust care plans in real-time, ensuring that every shift in a neonate’s status is met with an immediate, expert response. Serve as the central coordinator for a massive multidisciplinary team to ensure a unified, "whole-baby" approach to healing. As the primary educator and translator for families in crisis; you will coordinate complex discharge planning, transforming parents into confident caregivers for their medically fragile infants.
