About The Position

Providing exceptional care is not just our mission—it’s our greatest privilege. We’re seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to care for a 72-year-old client with a trach who resides in 19130. Develop your skills to high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home setting while experiencing the autonomy and 1:1 ratios home care provides. No trach experience required - we will train you! Pay for this specific case is $35/hr. We care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore and put your skills to work. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer paid training to prepare you for the unique and rewarding environment you will provide care in, prioritizing your skillset confidence and knowledge.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Nice To Haves

Trach experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one client care in the home setting.
Manage advanced care needs, potentially including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
Participate in in-depth paid training and shadowing with award-winning simulation labs.
Provide around-the-clock clinical support by phone.
