About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift at the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The Tampa Bay Girls Academy serves high-risk and maximum-risk female youth aged 12-21 through multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. After 41 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As an Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Florida Registered Nursing license.
• Two years of previous medical services administration.
• Able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related health care field.
