About The Position

Registered Nurse (Home Health) – Full-Time. We’re Home Nursing & Therapy Services, a locally owned agency serving Bexar County for over 40 years. We are committed to our nurses, our patients, and doing what’s right day in and day out. We’re looking for experienced, compassionate RNs who want to make a direct impact in patients’ lives—without giving up their own. Requirements

• RN license in Texas.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience.
• Home Health experience.
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, valid auto insurance.
• TB test and current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• IV certified
• Experience with OASIS or Axxess EMR

Responsibilities

• Traveling up to 40 miles
• Stepping into the unknown—patients’ homes are not always predictable.
• Being responsible for timely documentation and clinical outcomes.
