We are opening a brand-new short-term rehabilitation unit and are looking for compassionate RNs to help shape the culture, care experience, and success of this growing team from day one. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
• Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
