About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our world-class team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals at our Urgent Care Clinics. This role involves delivering episodic care to a diverse patient population of all ages (infants to older adults) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The nurse will utilize face-to-face triage and delegation protocols to determine acuity and patient disposition, and provide quality, compassionate, culturally competent care and education to promote a healthy lifestyle within a patient-centered environment. Responsibilities also include stabilizing patients for ED transfer by initiating IVs, administering fluids/medications, and performing procedures like ECGs and wound care.

Requirements

• 6 months RN experience Required
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
• Relevant RN experience Preferred
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
