About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Highland Hills, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a Sign-on bonus. The position is for a correctional facility and involves following a designated care plan, performing duties such as medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to the Nurse Manager.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- OH RN License
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
