About The Position
This position is in a Procedural Area within the Gastroenterology/Endoscopy department at the Novi - Columbus Medical Building. The role involves leading the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. The Registered Nurse will ensure effective communication with the healthcare team and contribute to finding solutions to meet patient goals. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
- Minimum of 1 year ambulatory or inpatient experience required (will consider Nurse Tech/MA experience).
Nice To Haves
- Strong IV skills preferred.
- Ability to multitask in fast paced Endoscopy Unit.
- BSN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.

- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
