About The Position

As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, helping ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a team of clinicians, and use critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CNN certification is a plus.
• Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
