Our OB/GYN Clinic in Boise is looking for an efficient and energetic Registered Nurse to join their team in providing top-notch care for a broad patient population. We proudly care for patients throughout all stages of life: puberty, fertility & family planning, pregnancy, general wellness & menopause. Requirements
- RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date
- Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire
- Oregon RN license or proof of application in process within 90 days of the hire date
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification within 12 months
- Ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to preserve confidential information
Nice To Haves
- Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments
- Administer medications
- Assist with procedures
- Provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs
- Triage responsibilities
- Support care coordination efforts
- Serve as a liaison for both patients and providers
- Serve as a mentor to clinical staff
