About The Position
Our Tucson Skilled Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for geriatric or pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We currently have open hours caring for overnight clients in the areas of Marana and Tucson. Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) with hands-on care with only one client per day. You will build client relationships and watch their milestones. Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, document observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Nice To Haves
- Trach care experience preferred, but not required
