About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Cleveland, Mississippi, with coverage in Bolivar and Northern Sunflower. The role offers a flexible PRN schedule and emphasizes one-to-one care, independent practice with team support, and a supportive, fulfilling work environment. Home Health and HCHB experience are preferred.

The nurse assesses patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs; develops care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals; provides nursing care and symptom management; and educates patients’ families and caregivers. The role also involves interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and participation in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registered nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

• Home health, geriatrics, or other related-setting experience.
• Home Health and HCHB experience.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
