About The Position
Westwood Post Acute is hiring RNs for full-time positions, working 6am-6pm with a weekend rotation. They are seeking dedicated professionals for an exciting opportunity to provide personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services. The role involves helping residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO
Responsibilities
- Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
