About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team at Marigold Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Galesburg, IL. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your role will include resident care, directing nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

• Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
