About The Position
The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clare Renal Dialysis Service at Clare Hospital. This permanent, 0.64 FTE position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality haemodialysis care in a supportive environment, allowing patients to receive treatment closer to home. The role involves planning and delivering direct patient care, ensuring clinical safety, compassion, and professionalism. Requirements
- Registration or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Undergo employment screening.
- Meet immunisation requirements.
