Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Active RN license.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent patient care, surgical and cosmetic services to clients.
  • Share product knowledge and professional advice for services and products to achieve their goals.
  • Manage and perform client consultations both in person and on the phone for procedures and products.
  • Perform client service functions as necessary including problem resolution and act as a resource for internal and external clients/patients.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform clinic procedures according to policy and procedure.
  • Educate clients on medication and effects.
  • Document patient information into the medical record.
  • Assist in the development and training of support staff to ensure proper support for the service providers.
  • Address client/patient concerns.
  • Follow-up on client/patient problems, complaints and inquiries, with research to assure satisfactory completion.
  • Send/receive patient medical records in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal regulations.
  • Attend external events to promote and develop the cosmetic business within the clinic.
  • Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management.
