RN, Home Care Registered Nurse | Case located in Rio Verde
About The Position
Our Phoenix Skilled Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for geriatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our geriatric client is 87 years old and located in Rio Verde, Arizona. He would love an RN to join his care team who has experience with geriatric care and bowel routines. With your help, you can make a real difference in his daily life by helping him maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of his own home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- One year of experience working as a nurse (RN or LPN)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with geriatric care
- Experience with bowel routines
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
