About The Position
The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse- DPC RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate proficiency and mastery of core competencies including assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership, and service. This role delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing and promoting evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service. The estimated pay range for this position is $61.00 / hour, depending on the shift as applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum Required Experience: 2 years
- ASN
- Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL
- BLS certification by the AHA or American Red Cross
- ACLS certification by the AHA or American Red Cross
- PALS certification by the AHA or American Red Cross
- NRP certification by the AHA or American Red Cross (dependent upon unit)
- Commit to a 12-week, 16-week, 18-week, or 24 week contract in the Baptist Health Seasonal Nursing Pool
- Work any three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week
