About The Position

The Registered Nurse plans and delivers direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The nurse develops care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as needed; communicates changes in a patient’s clinical condition to physicians, the Nursing Supervisor or Manager, and coworkers; and participates in discharge planning. The position is full-time on days.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
