About The Position
A community healthcare facility located near Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Registered Nurse to join its team! Join a great team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care! Offering $34.00 - $52.70/hour + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus. This is a full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire position. The community surrounding the facility offers a desirable lifestyle, with convenient access to entertainment options and plenty of outdoor activities, at an affordable cost of living. You will be only an hour and a half away from stunning parks and forests, such as Tar Hollow State Forest, Hocking Hills State Park, and Wayne National Forest.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a BLS and ACLS Certification
- Must have an Ohio Registered Nurse License or Compact RN License
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients physical and mental status
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
- Facilitating patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all protocols are followed and necessary arrangements are made
- Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records, including but not limited to: assessments, interventions, medications administered, and patient outcomes
