About The Position

Centre is seeking a compassionate nurse to join its team in Williston at our Stabilization Center. The 10-bed Stabilization Center, operated in partnership with Northwest Human Service Center, provides crisis and stabilization services to individuals in need. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing basic nursing services to residents and medication certification to staff in a 10-bed Stabilization Center. The nurse will also be required to fulfill direct care responsibilities in the staff control room when not providing nursing services.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Providing basic nursing services to residents
• Medication certification to staff
• Fulfilling direct care responsibilities in the staff control room when not providing nursing services
• Participation in the on-call rotation
