Requirements
- Current California State RN license required
- ASN, BSN or equivalent degree required
- Demonstrates sound leadership skills and utilizes these skills in organizing the activities and schedules for medical and/or non-medical tasks.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean DMV record and able to provide proof of automobile insurance
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Perform patient education and training for clinical devices and services
- In Home Assessment
- Provide education to patient’s family and or caregivers with follow up and ensure they can effectively operate and maintain equipment
- Complete follow up contact and documentation, including Patient Service Plan, in accordance with Company guidelines
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately and thoroughly completed at the time of setup
- Participate in all scheduled staff meetings and in-services
- Complete all job functions in a safe, orderly, courteous manner
- Perform any other duties that may from time to time be assigned by management
