About The Position

Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional Nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of Nursing assessment and delivery for clients. Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
• Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
• Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
