Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their dynamic Patient Centered Medical Home supporting Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, South Dakota. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Dakota.
BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on the role).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
At least 2 years of nursing experience in an Outpatient, Ambulatory or primary care setting.
Knowledge of electronic health records for efficient patient management.

Nice To Haves

Experience in military healthcare is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct, personalized patient care in a supportive setting.
Perform comprehensive health assessments and create tailored care plans that meet individual patient needs.
Administer medications and carry out therapeutic treatments to promote recovery and wellness.
Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
Educate patients on preventive care and healthy living strategies to empower them in their wellness journey.
Keep detailed, accurate patient records to ensure seamless care delivery.
