About The Position

This position is responsible for patient observation and management in the immediate post-operative period. A working knowledge of anesthetic agents and surgical procedures is required. Critical care skills are required specifically in the areas of airway, arrhythmia, and hemodynamic management. Flexible hours and call are required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program with current Alabama licensure.
• 2 years Med/Surg or 1 year Critical Care experience.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Meets established requirements for RNII / RN III.

Responsibilities
