About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse, RN to join our Hudson County Visits team. This office works with adults and seniors located throughout Hudson County. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Requirements

A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Responsibilities

Monitor clients' conditions
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs
