About The Position

The Registered Nurse delivers aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, and provides personalized consultations and client education. The role explains treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care while accurately documenting consultations and treatments and following clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.

The nurse creates a welcoming client experience, builds trust through communication and education, and recommends personalized services, packages, memberships, and treatment plans. The role supports rebooking, treatment-plan completion, conversion, and client retention, and works with reception and studio and clinical leadership to keep the studio operating smoothly. Responsibilities also include maintaining clean, treatment-ready rooms; participating in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives; and promptly communicating client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns.

Shifts may be up to 10 hours. On-call Providers may work up to 29 hours per week. Weekend availability is required, including at least two Saturdays and Sundays per month; Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may also be required based on studio hours and business needs. Compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate, tips, and commission opportunities; tips and commissions are not guaranteed and may vary.

Requirements

• An active Registered Nurse license in California that meets applicable state requirements.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Weekend availability, including a minimum of two Saturdays and Sundays per month.
• Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may be required based on studio hours and business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.
