Registered Nurse RN | Adult and Pediatric Nursing
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in the Gastonia area. The role involves providing high-quality care in clients' homes, focusing on compassion, excellence, and reliability. Nurses will have the opportunity to grow their skills while working close to home, serving clients in various counties around Charlotte. The day-to-day involves traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, documenting observations, and performing skills with autonomy.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
