Now Hiring: Registered Nurses (Part-Time) Location: Braddan Private Hospital – Vancouver, BC About Braddan Private Hospital Braddan Private Hospital is located in Vancouver’s ocean-side community of Kitsilano. It is a wonderful recently renovated home boasting beautiful views of the mountains and ocean through large windows. Beyond great care, residents can also take advantage of convenient access to local shops, restaurants and parks.

Requirements

Active registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with BCCNM
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Proficiency in electronic documentation systems, including eMAR
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
COVID-19 vaccination certificate

Previous long-term care experience

Responsibilities

Coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Completing resident assessments and individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and wound care
Using PointClickCare and other electronic systems for documentation, including MDS assessments
Communicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Delegating tasks to unregulated care providers (HCAs)
Assuming Charge Nurse duties, including overseeing care delivery and ensuring team collaboration
Participating in Care Conferences and Medication Reviews
