About The Position

Beech Grove Meadows is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time day, evening, and night opportunities. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership that encourages teamwork, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and respectful interpersonal communication. The nurse helps coordinate comprehensive resident care and demonstrates American Senior Communities’ C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
