About The Position
Vibra Hospital of Fargo is seeking Registered Nurses for its Fargo, North Dakota worksite. The Registered Nurses will recognize and address patients’ psychological and physical needs; foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind; assess patients’ medical status upon admission; assist in developing individualized treatment plans; comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines; participate in clinical team conferences; continually expand knowledge to help improve our facility and safety programs; follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures; and communicate compassionately and effectively. Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Certificate from CGFNS, or a full unrestricted state nursing license, or passage of the NCLEX exam
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
