About The Position

The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. This role is for the 2 North General Surgery Unit, which has 19 beds and handles General Med Surg cases, including mastectomies, gyne surgeries, prostatectomies, amputations, bowel resections, hernia repairs, appendectomies, gastrectomies, thyroidectomies, and parathyroidectomies. Minimum Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
