Available Shifts: Special Weekend Option. Saturday, Sunday, plus one rotating day. 7a- 7:30p. Call and holidays are required. Patient Population/Diagnoses: Adult population surgical services-Thoracic, General, Hepatobiliary, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, ENT, Dental, OMFS, and Abdominal Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas, Intestine and Multi-visceral). Large oncology patient population. Number of Beds: 23 Nursing skills gained: Circulating Scrubbing Training on the DaVinci XI robot Unit culture highlights: Multi-disciplinary environment to provide our high acuity patient population highly skilled care

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience in the OR
• Associates of Nursing (ASN)
• Current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with more than two years of acute care experience, subject to CNO approval)
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Call and holidays are required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
