About The Position

The Registered Nurse delivers aesthetic treatments and personalized client care at Sev Skin. The role conducts client consultations, performs laser hair removal and other assigned treatments, educates clients about treatment plans and care, and accurately documents consultations and treatments. The nurse follows clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.

The role also creates a welcoming client experience by making personalized service, package, and membership recommendations; building trust through education and communication; supporting rebooking, treatment-plan completion, conversion, and retention goals; and responding professionally to client questions and concerns. The nurse partners with reception and studio and clinical leadership, maintains clean and treatment-ready rooms, participates in training and studio initiatives, and promptly communicates client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns.

Shifts may be up to 10 hours. Part-time providers may work up to 29 hours per week. Weekend availability is required, including at least two Saturdays per month; Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may also be required based on studio hours and business needs. Compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate, tips, and commission opportunities; tips and commissions are not guaranteed and may vary. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in California that meets applicable state requirements.
• Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
• Positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Weekend availability, including a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
• Sunday, evening, and holiday availability may be required based on studio hours and business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.
