About The Position
This Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule, no rotating shifts, no weekends, no major holidays, and no on-call duties. It focuses on relationship-based nursing, providing autonomy and respect for clinical judgment, and opportunities to teach, lead, and improve care. The role allows nurses to use their skills in a setting where they can slow down, think, and make a difference in the lives of individuals served. No prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD) is required, as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Passion for person-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing oversight and coordinate care for individuals in residential settings
- Collaborate with a supportive team (direct care staff, providers, clinical partners)
- Strengthen care through teaching, training, and quality/audit activities
