Registered Nurse – Outpatient – EOHS – Medical Towers
About The Position
This Registered Nurse (RN) position supports Employee Occupational Health Services (EOHS) and is an onsite role located downtown Indianapolis. Primary responsibilities include onboarding and health clearance for new hires, completing transfer assessments, coordinating and managing return‑to‑work processes for team members on leave, administering and managing the annual flu program, and collaborating closely with leaders and partnered departments. The role also involves managing communicable disease exposures and blood and body fluid exposure incidents, with occasional on‑call responsibilities related to needlestick or splash exposures. This RN will work independently, with support available from a downtown Nurse Practitioner as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
