About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for adult and pediatric home care in the Gastonia area. We are committed to providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills while working close to home, serving clients in various counties including Anson, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Richmond, Rowan, and Union. Our mission is to provide better healthcare when clients receive care at home, their preferred location.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes near you on a chosen schedule.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home environment.
