About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. The RN is responsible for supervising and directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, while also coordinating care efforts with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing care for diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients based on individual needs and established protocols.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess patient conditions and implement care plans.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards of practice and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
