Responsibilities

  • Assess new patients within eight hours of admission, providing individualized nursing care as ordered by the physician.
  • Manage medication administration, monitoring, and storage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Dictate and write progress notes for both one-on-one and group sessions, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating risk management activities aimed at minimizing potential injuries or illnesses for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Complete and sign necessary admission paperwork and documentation in accordance with legal and hospital guidelines.
