Responsibilities

Assess new patients within eight hours of admission, providing individualized nursing care as ordered by the physician.
Manage medication administration, monitoring, and storage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of individualized treatment plans.
Dictate and write progress notes for both one-on-one and group sessions, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Assist in coordinating risk management activities aimed at minimizing potential injuries or illnesses for patients, staff, and visitors.
Complete and sign necessary admission paperwork and documentation in accordance with legal and hospital guidelines.
