About The Position
Canyon Springs Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment where our staff can thrive and grow professionally.
Requirements
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and healthcare needs.
- Provide skilled nursing care and ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes.
- Observe, evaluate, and communicate changes in patient status to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
- Perform routine nursing procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health management.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
