About The Position

The Registered Nurse manages patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The role requires performance consistent with professional standards of practice and care, the Nurse Practice Act, and Community Health Network’s mission and goals. The Registered Nurse demonstrates collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource-management skills. The Maternity RN provides direct patient care to mothers and infants in an LDRP environment, including NICU.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing school accredited by NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Two years of RN experience in Maternity.
