Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Communication skills to provide/obtain verbal and/or written opinions/advice
- Ability to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
