About The Position

Stella Maris is recruiting Registered Nurses to provide nursing care to its residents in a long-term care setting. The role uses the nursing process and an interdisciplinary team approach to identify resident needs and provide appropriate interventions. Nurses deliver direct care according to facility standards and standards of nursing practice, monitor residents’ physical and mental status, respond to clinical changes and emergencies, and communicate professionally with staff, residents, medical practitioners, and family members. The position also involves answering resident call lights, maintaining regulatory-compliant health records, and providing compassionate physical and emotional support to residents and their families. Positions are available part-time and full-time, with 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in the State of Maryland.
• Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.

• Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
