About The Position
Registered Nurse Per-diem DAY & NOC (must be available to work both shifts) DAY shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM NOC shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay) Salary Range: $38.00-$41.50 per hour, based on experience $2 per hour NOC shift differential Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay): $44.00-$48.42 per hour Oxnard, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Teal Club Road CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 10-bed facility Low patient ratios On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet
Requirements
- Accredited RN degree
- Current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clinical assessment skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments
- Implementing health care plans
- Monitoring patients’ conditions
- Collaborate with teams of physicians and external medical centers partners
- Leverage clinical skills to provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff
- Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to best meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs
