Registered Nurse � Aesthetic Training Provided
About The Position
LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, specializing in advanced, non-surgical treatments. Our clinics operate at high volume with a team-first culture, allowing RNs to build loyal patient relationships and have a voice in care delivery. This role involves owning the patient's full clinical journey, from initial assessment and treatment planning to follow-up care and long-term results. You will perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, conduct consultations, design individualized treatment plans, document accurately, and collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors. The clinic utilizes a custom EMR designed to simplify charting, allowing focus on patient care. RNs will practice with the latest FDA-cleared technologies in aesthetic medicine.
Requirements
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice
- Weekend availability required
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
- Ability to work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30-mile radius
