About The Position
The Registered Nurse is accountable for managing patient care during a designated timeframe. The role coordinates and evaluates care and teaches and delegates patient activities to other health care team members through therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment. The position is for the ASC Pre Post area on the day shift. Trinity Oakland Hospital is a 497-bed community teaching hospital and Level II trauma center serving Oakland County. It provides comprehensive care, including cardiovascular, stroke, orthopedics, obstetrics, gynecology, and cancer care.
Requirements
- Current Michigan nursing license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Previous Pre-Op/PACU experience.
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred; otherwise, the candidate must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
- Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
