About The Position
A healthcare facility located outside of Butte, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a direct-hire position. Day and night shifts are available, with work in either the Operating Room or Med/Surg. Pay is $30.31–$58.63 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance are available. The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients across all age groups, including assessment, planning, and evaluation. The nurse collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care, educates and advocates for patients and families throughout the care continuum, and maintains accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The facility is located in a community known for outdoor recreation, including skiing, fly-fishing, hunting, hiking, and biking. The area is described as welcoming and family-friendly, with an excellent school system, an affordable cost of living, and access to the northern Rocky Mountains.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Montana or a compact state.
- Previous acute care or perioperative nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required depending on department and within a reasonable timeframe.
