About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical expertise to care for diverse patient populations, utilizing a systematic and thoughtful approach. You’ll provide professional nursing care on 4NW and potentially other clinical areas as required by staffing needs. You will supervise and direct delegated nursing tasks in alignment with educational preparation and abilities. You will apply critical thinking skills to respond to patient needs and clinical situations with expertise and empathy.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- NIHSS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
