The Danvers Treatment Center is a medically monitored addiction program offering 24/7 nursing care for people undergoing withdrawal from alcohol or other substances. You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, learning, and compassionate care. Our care model includes: Evidence-based medical treatment, Emotional support during withdrawal, Personalized case management, Therapeutic group interventions, Coordination for seamless transition to the next level of care.

Requirements

Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Commitment to evidence-based practice
Ability to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse and underserved populations

Nice To Haves

Background in addiction medicine, medical-surgical nursing, or mental health nursing

Responsibilities

Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans
Promote a therapeutic environment that supports patients’ physical and emotional well-being
Administer and monitor medications according to established protocols
